According to Veniamin Kondratyev, the Governor of Krasnodar Region, the region today needs a system that will allow to produce not only high quality clothing, but also to guarantee its retail sales.

"We are improving state support measures from this year, textile enterprises can receive loans at 1% annual interest rate. Such low interest rates are not available for any other industry. At the same time, it is much more important to give enterprises the opportunity to sell their products in the region", Veniamin Kondratiev said.

A product catalogue has been prepared to support the industry, and School Fashion Days exhibitions are held. This allows parents to evaluate the best samples of clothing from local manufacturers. The next step is to create a unified sales network for school uniform. There will be general pavilions displaying products in large shopping centers, as well as there will be product displays in independent stores specialising in the sales of school uniforms. It will be possible to make these arrangements using the mechanisms of public private partnership.
