The 22nd edition of the CJF – Child and Junior Fashion. Spring has completed its work. We thank you for your participation in the exhibition, and we do hope that it has given you a new impetus to further development of your companies and brands.

340 exhibitors from 25 countries have presented their collections this season. Manufacturers and distributors from Austria, Belarus, Germany, Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkey, the UK, the USA, and other countries – all together more than 400 famous brands – demonstrated clothes for children from 0 to 16 years of age, school uniform, footwear for children, accessories, and headwear.

After a very short time, the pavilions of Expocentre will host the professionals in the children’s fashion industry again. We’ll be pleased to meet you again in September at CJF- Child and Junior Fashion. Autumn!

Sports festival at the Children’s Catwalk of the exhibition

Sportswear models catwalk with participation of the children’s agency of Slava Zaitsev Fashion House and young girls athletes became an outstanding event of the spring CJF exhibition. The arrival of maestro at the show was a real sensation! On the same day, Edgar Davids, a football star from the Netherlands, held a presentation of Monta Juniors®, his own brand of sports clothing.

Customers highly appreciated Superfit® shoes

There were two well-known shoe brands presented at the PRISMA stand: Pablosky® (Spain) and Superfit® (Austria). These brands have become the synonyms of such concepts as proper shoes and children’s feet care. Valeria Semina, the company manager, spoke about the new shoe collection.

Over the past years, the company has strengthened its positions including the Russian market, and today it has become one of the leaders in the children’s footwear market. The company presented its autumn/winter 2019-2020 collection at the exhibition.

Denis Fomin: Conference on Fashion Magazin Fashion Platform brought together buyers and producers from 20 regions

The conference on Effective Online Sales Technologies for Clothes and Footwear for Children organised by the Fashion Magazin online platform was held within the supporting program of the exhibition. The leading experts of the industry, buyers, producers, and distributors of clothes and footwear for children took part in the conference. The three competitions were held on the same day in the following nominations: the Best Website for Buyers, the Best Instagram Account, and the Best Online Store for Customer. Denis Fomin, the co-founder of the multi-channel B2B Fashion Magazin Fashion Platform commented on the results of this action-packed day.

Elena Pismenskaya: we reduce risks and develop new sales channels

Elena Pismenskaya, the founder of Kids Fashion Retail Consulting Agency, a permanent expert of the exhibition, held two seminars. The first one was on prices, taxes, promotion and how to make profit and the second one on loyalty programs. Besides, Elena agreed to be our stand expert and shared her impressions on the trade show as a whole.

Roman Fedotov: licensed clothes bring best profit

Licensed Marketplace has been held for the first time at the CJF –Child and Junior Fashion exhibition: manufacturers and distributors of clothes and footwear for children took part in it. The participants discussed new ways of dealing with licenses and major market trends. The invited experts provided detailed recommendations on the ways of operating in the ocean of licenses: how to choose the most profitable ones, where to start, what analytics to use, and how to calculate the return on investments. We asked Roman Fedotov, OLYMP Association Director and the moderator of the session, to comment on the results of the session.

BTK Group, a major holding in the textile industry of Russia, has participated in the CJF – Child and Junior Fashion exhibition for many years, but it has presented such a full and multifarious product range for the first time. The company specialises in manufacturing of high tech textile products, in design and production of service dress uniform and casual clothes. The school uniform collection demonstrated at CJF. Several new collections were presented at once at the Zolotoy Gus (Golden Goose) company stand this spring. Each of them deserved a high appreciation of visitors: new models of school uniform, new products for newborn babies, and more. Sens Fashion is an example of how a family studio turned into a Russian brand of school uniform manufacturer. Since 2015 the company has annually produced and sold about 100,000 high quality products at an affordable price.
