Arsi, Novosibirsk company manufacturing clothes for newborns, for more than 10 years has presented their customers an impeccable quality and laconic European design. Their product range suits the children from birth to 3 years, the most tender age group. This year, the company plans to substantially expand their product range. Natalia Puzyreva, PTK Arsi Director talks about the company’s competitive advantages.

– What does your company’s product range include?

We produce a wide range of goods for newborns and for children up to 3 years old, such as newborn baby goods sets, fur baby nest envelopes, covers for baby car seats, fine hosiery for babies leaving maternity hospital, all-season baby jumpers, and also a wide variety of accessories (shoulder clothes, kangaroos, feeding pads, bibs, mattress-cases, buckrams). Our factory possesses modern high-tech equipment and our staff includes experienced sewers, tailors, draftsmen, tooling engineers; all that ensures our high quality production.

– What products are the most popular for you? How do you improve them?

I can highlight three main product groups most popular among our customers: jumpers, goods sets for leaving hospital, and fine hosiery for newborns. These three product groups are the ones me put accent on; and therefore we continuously bring them up to date and widen the line-up. Besides, we try to quickly respond to the end user requirements and preferences, depending on each new season fashion trends. We also continuously bring up to date the current season models adding new elements in which the customers are interested (stirrups, light reflectors, eco materials, etc.)

– What sales channels do you use: retail, wholesale, internet sales? Which one is more successful?

We try to actively work with all sales channels; however, the main and the priority one for us is wholesale. Our customers are the retail chains for goods for children, baby stores, large internet shops, etc.

– What are your 2017 results? Have you noticed a decline in sales caused by the fall of the birth rate in the country?

Our company has had a rather stable position in the market over the several recent years. The fall of the birth-rate hasn’t influenced the sales; we try to quickly respond to the market changes: if the birth-rate falls down, we enlarge our product range for the older children.

– What are your plans for this year? Are you going to change you product range? What are you going to bring to the exhibition?

We have quite extensive plans for this year. We are enlarging the product range of the clothes for children; we are planning to make not only jumpers, but also baby clothes sets: coats and pants and half-jumpers.

We’ll bring to the exhibition our new collection of winter rompers for babies of 0 to 3 years old; and, of course, a number of beautiful summer suits and spring baby nest envelopes for leaving maternity hospital.
