Nasha Igrushka: puzzles and stuffed toys are most popular products

Nasha Igrushka is actively selling products with the brand mark of the 2018 FIFA World Cup. It is not yet the time to summarize the sales results; although it is already clear that it was wise and profitable to introduce the licensed goods to the product range of the company.

Spring balls, puzzles, stuffed toys, soap bubbles, watercolor pens, creativity sets and various kinds of stationery are in the long list of the licensed goods in the product range of Nasha Igrushka. The company is a major distributor of toys for children embracing all the sales channels from large wholesale companies to retail chains.

“The 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia is a remarkable event for the nation; and we had no doubts whether to work with these goods,” Tatiana Siniova, Marketing and Purchasing Director of Nasha Igrushka commented. “We forecasted the customers demand, and we true our forecasts. We started sales of the licensed products this February, and so far two categories are leading: puzzles, mainly featuring Zabivaka Wolf, the main character of the World Cup, and stuffed toys. At the same time, the demand for souvenir wind balls turned out to be lower than for the wind balls of X-Match, our own trade mark; maybe because our wind balls are of a better quality than the licensed ones. The sales of soap bubbles increased when the summer came, as we expected. We expect a sales increase in souvenir products category when the World Cup matches start: trinkets, pendants, magnets, and mascots of the FIFA World Cup.
