In this issue we’ll give more details on the Ladies Business Center, now a partner of the Business Support and Job Bank platform. The Center specialists will provide individual consulting on business planning, choosing the form of the legal entity incorporation, system of taxation, accounting and, if necessary, they will test on the abilities for business activities and offer job vacancies for the customers looking for a job.

In 2017, 8,069 ladies used the services of the Center: mothers of large families with many children, and ladies on maternity leave. The Center held more than 90 training sessions, which, in the first turn, were dedicated to assist in job search and in self employment. Seven programs were carried out on career enhancement and professional reskilling. The ladies managed to get new professions of a high job market demand: accountants, HR managers, managers in state and municipal purchases, kindergartners and teachers, etc. One of the goals of the Center is to open new horizons for ladies for their self-actualization, and to reach success not only in motherhood, but also become happy harmonically developed personalities and professionals.
