The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation will make a report on the support for Russian companies which design and manufacture goods for children. The report is expected to touch upon the issues of the changes in the business processes management under the influence of digitalization.

The implementation of advanced technologies, robotics and automation of the manufacturing process, integration of the digital intellection into the manufacturing will greatly facilitate the production of goods for children and their compliance with the Russian state standards (GOST).

With the help of digital technologies some new market niches are formed such as training equipment which uses digital technologies, products which use animation and literature characters, national brands, and interactive games.

The digitalization also influences production of fiction books for children as new modern technologies of imposition planning and illustration are applied.

At the same time, these new technologies create new challenges. For instance, digital security comes to the forefront. It deals with security of our children.

The plenary session will be dedicated to these issues.
