Sellers need to know their customers better
As part of the supporting programme of CJF – Child and Junior Fashion 2022. Spring the Workshop on Why a Brand for Everyone is Utopia. Brand Uniqueness. It was organised by EXPOCENTRE AO in partnership with the Agency for promotion and development of clothing brands E-2.
Tatyana Vasilyeva, founder of E-2 Creative Agency, introduced the participants to the criteria of proper target audience identification and its importance for creating a unique selling proposition. The better a salesperson knows his target audience, the more accurately he knows what to offer them.
Emina Ponyatova, an expert in assortment planning and analytics, spoke about the basic and fashion assortments. The basic assortment is based on statistics and gives the company confidence that 95% of the assortment will be sold.
At the end of the presentations, the speakers answered questions from the participants.
