Participant Feedback

“It would be of use to increase the show’s floor space. The organizers have to think about expansion and occupy some more pavilions. Space wise the next edition should be larger. As soon as the spring show is over we will start preparing for the autumn one.”

Elena Gorelova, CEO, Jacote OOO

“It’s not our first time here. Previously we exhibited with the Poivre Blanc brand. We know that this show is very good, convenient to work at, and services are excellent. This year we presented a new brand – Kamik. It is a Canadian company which manufactures footwear and clothes. We present footwear and rain boots for children. We have visitors from different regions and cities of Russia and the CIS. There were visitors from Bishkek, from Vladivostok. We are planning to continue exhibiting at this trade show. We’d like to have a bigger stand to demonstrate all our brands.”

Sergey Kirsanov, Sales Director, Trassa Plus OOO

“Many shops, companies, and buyers come to the Children’s Catwalk to select new collections to the coming season. That is why the Catwalk is rather a business platform than a fashion show. Year after year the number of demonstrated collections grows. They become more interesting and strong. We already have some committed partners such as Sweet Berry, Acoola, Fantazeri. Every season we present their latest collections together. Besides that, this season we see new companies which haven’t participated in the Catwalk before. The interest in the event has greatly increased. You can tell it by looking at both the number of collections and the quality of demonstrated brands.”

Darya Chernysh, Director, TOP SECRET Kids Model Agency

“The Russian Textile Week is a perfect event which brings all industry sectors under one roof. It is important for VDMA as we are closely cooperating with exhibitors. We treat it as one more opportunity to research the Russian market and evaluate its attractiveness and prospects.”

Elgar Straub, Textile Care, Fabric and Leather Technologies Division, VDMA

The next 19th edition of CJF – Child and Junior Fashion is to run from 26 through 29 September 2017 at Expocentre Fairgrounds.
