Mir Detstva is a leading networking platform to discuss problems and development paths of the industry. Therefore, it has become a tradition to hold the Congress of the Children’s Goods Industry, organised by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade with the support of Expocentre.
This year, the Bytplast exhibition stand was located in Forum Pavilion and was dedicated to the products for newborn babies. The company showcased a wide range of products of Plastishka® brand: goods for feeding and hygiene, and furniture for children.
It is not easy for a newcomer brand to stand out in Pavilion No.3 among famous international brands. Although Simple Style has managed to do it: they were the first to bring to Moscow the clothes for babies and children made by Magnolia Baby® from the softest Peruvian cotton. These products have called attention of all exhibition visitors.
Orange Toys has traditionally made up a beautiful and cozy Christmas & New Year exhibition stand: a Christmas tree, candles, cute stuffed toys, and of course, the main New Year symbol of the coming 2020 - the rats!
This year, Gamma Factory, one of the largest Russian enterprises in the production of hosiery, marks 85 years since it has been founded.
The elegant stand of Konik stood out even from no less bright colleagues at the exhibition. A wide range of toys from leading world manufacturers of children’s products from Europe, the USA, and Asia this year was complemented by a line-up of fashion sunglasses from IZIPIZI®, a brand from France.
The CJF – Child and Junior Fashion exhibition is the main trade show for large Russian manufacturers of children’s clothing and footwear as well as a chance of further career of young designers and young brands. Especially for such exhibitors, CJF organises the Trend Zone, where visitors can find interesting models and audacious solutions.
The participants in the exhibition were very interested in Implementation of Digital Marking and Traceability System for Children’s Goods, a session organised by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Russian Association of the Children’s Goods Industry. The main speaker of the event was Dmitry Skorchelleti, the Head of the Centre for Development of Advanced Technologies (CDAT).
Purchasing Centre for Retail Chains™ indicated the brands to be the first to enter the store shelves
The Purchasing Centre for Retail Chains™ meeting was held with great success at the exhibition on September, 25. More than 50 retail chains held procurement meetings with 140 manufacturers of goods for children. Buyers from such retailers as Magnit, Perekrestok, Ozon, Komus, Miratorg, Gradusi Vsego Mira, VkusVill, Familia, and many others came in search for new product range to the Purchasing Centre for Retail Chains™.
As part of the supporting programme, Mir Detstva hosted a series of events of the Association of Manufacturers and Consumers of the Products for Children: awarding the winners of the Parents Choice prize summing up the results of the Save the Child event for child restraint systems assessment, and the conference of mom-bloggers. LEO, a company specialising in manufacturing and distribution of clothes for children, this year has surprised visitors by introducing baby strollers of their own production at two exhibitions: CJF – Child and Junior Fashion and Mir Detstva. Irina Kuznetsova, LEO founder and CEO spoke about an unexpected turn in the life of this company from Smolensk and about their immediate plans for the near future.
Obyedinenie Soyuz from Saint Petersburg is well known in all regions of our country. The factory was opened in 1924: it became the first Russian company to produce stationary products for schools. The company debuted at the Mir Detstva exhibition in order to develop their business activities in the market of the goods for children. Elena Begisheva, Obyedinenie Soyuz Commercial Director, spoke about development plans.

Today, parents from all over our country as well as specialists in newborn care, pediatricians, and breastfeeding experts appreciated the uniqueness of SweeSlee®. Oleg Mitin, the founder of the brand and the head of the company, spoke about the features of his products and shared plans for the coming season.
A conference for bloggers was held at the Mir Detstva exhibition for the first time. Anna Kilimnichenko, the founder of OLYMPX Advertising Agency for Social Media Promotion, told about effective ways to establish cooperation with bloggers.
The fashion shows of leading manufacturers and suppliers at the Children’s Catwalk traditionally became the culmination of the children’s fashion festival in the framework of the CJF – Child and Junior Fashion 2019. Autumn. Such brands as Batik®, Little Lady®, Fantazeri Kids®, Bridal Fashion®, Huppa®, Little People®, Petit Alo®, and Rita Romani® showcased their products.
